Most of the items on our website are hand made; therefore, please allow 10 working business days for completion and 3-7 days for shipping. LillyBit will make every effort to expedite your order. If you're in a pinch and need a rush order please contact us for pricing and terms.
Shipping Charges
Up to $60.00 = $5.00
$60.01 or more shipping is FREE!
Rates apply to orders being sent to the 48 Contiguous United States only. Undeliverable shipments or refused deliveries may be subject to a 10% handling fee. If a package needs to be re-sent, we will not be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
Exchanges/Returns
LillyBit takes great pride in selecting stones and materials that show off the individual style and design of each piece of hand made jewelry. We use various resources to ensure we have the highest quality and latest styles. There is a chance not all pieces can be duplicated. While we make every effort to ensure availability of our products in the event we are unable to fulfill an order we will refund your order or offer a store credit.
All returns must be authorized in advance and received within 10 working business days from the date you received the product. You are responsible for shipping charges to and from LillyBit. Please read the descriptions and sizing of our products carefully. Since all jewelry is hand made we charge a $10 re-stringing fee should you decide a different length is needed upon receiving our jewelry. If you are unhappy with any products you purchase from LillyBit we will be happy to exchange for a different product or offer a merchandise credit, subject to the above conditions.
